Vanessa Cruz has been a teacher and researcher in education for over 5 years. With her passion for different cultures, she believes that connecting can be the path to an inclusive society that generates personal and professional growth for students worldwide. With her vast experience in the field of education for over 10 years in Brazil and within the Brazilian community in the United States, she has been developing research focused on the connection between different cultures and how they can transform the academic life of immigrants. With a degree in languages from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná and a specialization in communication from the Fae Business School, she spares no effort to create solutions in which cultural differences are considered cultural qualities.

She has already visited countries such as Mexico and Panama. Her most diverse cultural experience was in Russia, where she had the opportunity to experience the school life of students from public and private schools, getting to know their routines and aspirations, she understood that when it comes to education in a world full of intercultural information, sharing who we are makes us go further.
