Luka is a graduate student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, specializing in Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship (ELOE). He is the founder of Maoge Consulting, an admissions consulting agency focused on supporting first-generation, immigrant, and international students through the graduate school application process. Additionally, he is developing MyGrad.AI, an AI-driven platform designed to streamline and democratize access to high-quality admissions guidance. With seven years of experience in international admissions consulting and test preparation, Luka has worked extensively with non-native English-speaking, first-generation, and immigrant students, helping them craft compelling applications for top universities. His research focuses on language acquisition and educational equity, particularly in expanding access to higher education for underrepresented students and exploring the role of AI in personalized academic advising and tutoring. Luka previously studied in both the U.S. and France, gaining firsthand insight into the challenges faced by immigrant and international students—an experience that drives his commitment to improving access to higher education through research, technology, and consulting.
